Function Lifestyle provides different day support options using strengths- and growth-based mindsets to provide individualised schedules and opportunities for people with a disability.

Each activity has an underlying therapeutic approach to each activity, to increase skills, confidence and wellbeing. 

Our day supports include:

• A group-based day program for adults to promote socialisation

• Individual programs for people who do not like or are not a good fit for group programs

• Children's after school groups and holiday programs

Insightful Occupational Therapy provides individual Occupational Therapy supports for teens and adults as well as for organisations in the early years, disability and aged care sectors.

Kirsty Armstrong who leads Insightful Occupational Therapy, has a strong passion for sharing skills and knowledge.

Our OT supports include:

• Paediatric assessment and ongoing therapy

• Independent living skills training with a Therapy Assistant

• Training options for organisations

• Supervision and mentoring for other OTs via telehealth
